Within my "about" section of my artist's website, I have featured a hidden Easter egg. If you click on the NNFA logos next to the "This is not a test..." title, it brings you to a page written by the artist; whereby he discusses his favourite and most inspiring horror movies. The NFFA stands for (New Founding Fathers of America) which is the sinister political group who set up the Purge in the series of films. The logo is their emblem which is intertextuality to the film. The title is intertextuality to the first sentence of the emergency broadcast that commences the annual purge within the movies. A young, culturally sophisticated audience member would recognise this reference and gain pleasure from its usage.
The Kennedy's Klassics page allows audiences to engage with their favourite artist and find out more about them. Finding this Easter egg will make audiences feel as though they are lucky to have found this, and are true fans of his who now know more about him. And at the bottom of this page is a sky store discount, an example of cross media convergence
