Due to the fact that the sun on my shoot day fluctuated between the clouds, it became very obvious that some shots were a lot warmer than the others. I found that this spoilt the look of the video and made some shots look out of place.
My original plan was to reshoot the footage with active sunlight in all the shots. This was until I played around with the video editor function on iMovie and came across a saturation bar which could intensify the colours and warm them up. The shots instantly became more yellow with the effect of sunlight, and the green of the forest was a lot less dull and looked much more alive.
